Privacy Policy
Last updated · 2026-07-21
This Privacy Policy explains how Inerxia collects, uses, shares and protects personal data across our website, our platform, and the AI BPO services we operate for internet and telecommunications providers.
01Who we are
Inerxia ("Inerxia", "we", "us") builds and operates an AI platform and a managed AI BPO for ISPs and telcos. This policy covers www.inerxia.ai and the Inerxia platform and services.
For any question about this policy or your data, contact privacy@inerxia.co.
02Controller and processor roles
For subscriber data we process on behalf of a customer (an ISP or telco), that customer is the data controller and Inerxia acts as a data processor — handling the data only on documented instructions under a data processing agreement.
For our website visitors, prospects and the people who administer our accounts, Inerxia is the data controller. This policy covers both roles; where they differ, we say so.
03Information we collect
- Account and business data: name, work email, phone, company, role and billing details of the people who contact us or administer the service.
- Subscriber data (as processor): on behalf of customers we process data about their subscribers — identifiers, contact details, plan and billing status, usage and network signals, and the content of support, retention, collections and sales interactions across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email and web.
- Interaction records: transcripts, call recordings, message logs and outcomes generated when our agents handle a contact.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and product usage collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
04How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, secure and improve the platform and AI BPO services.
- Run the workflows a customer configures — support, retention, user recovery, billing and collections, upsell and sales — under human oversight.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain service integrity.
- Bill for outcomes and manage the customer relationship.
- Meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
05AI processing and human oversight
Our voice and text agents use automated processing to understand a request and take an action — for example, sending a payment link or logging a retention offer.
Customers define the workflows and guardrails, and people supervise the agents. Significant decisions and escalations are routed to the customer's staff.
We do not use one customer's subscriber data to train foundation models for other customers. Models are used to serve the customer whose data they process, within the applicable agreement.
06Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on one or more of the following bases:
- Performance of a contract with you or with our customer.
- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the services.
- Your consent, where required (for example, certain marketing or cookies).
- Compliance with a legal obligation.
07Sharing and subprocessors
We share personal data with: infrastructure and subprocessors that host our systems, deliver calls and messages, and provide AI model capabilities; the customer that controls the relevant subscriber data; and authorities where the law requires it.
Subprocessors are bound by contract to protect the data and use it only to provide their service. A current list is available on request to privacy@inerxia.co.
08International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than the one where it was collected. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and, for customers, on agreed data-residency arrangements.
09Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. For data we process on a customer's behalf, retention follows that customer's instructions and the data processing agreement; on termination we delete or return the data as agreed.
10Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, least-privilege access, audit logging and monitoring. Our Security page has the detail. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry standards and are pursuing SOC 2.
11Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent.
If Inerxia processes your data as a processor on a customer's behalf, please send your request to that customer; we will help them respond. Otherwise contact privacy@inerxia.co and we will respond within the time the law requires.
12Cookies and analytics
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and, with consent where required, analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
13Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date; where required, we will notify you.
